Our service delivery follows a strict methodology: Discover & Assess, Architect & Plan, Deploy & Verify, Optimize, and Knowledge Transfer. Specific timelines, deliverables, and service level agreements (SLAs) will be defined in individual commercial proposals or managed service contracts.

Clients are expected to provide necessary access to facilities, existing IT environments, and relevant documentation to allow our engineering teams to perform network deployments, virtualization, or security assessments effectively. Delays in providing access may impact deployment timelines.

Ufuq Al-Masaei Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of our digital platforms or reliance on external vendor platforms.
